Shavuot is the holiday that celebrates the Giving of the Torah at Sinai. It’s celebrated 7 Weeks (of Omer Counting) after the start of Passover. Most years it falls after Graduation Weekend and it’s the holiday we like to go away as a family to visit family. Now and then, it sometimes falls as early as Graduation Weekend but that’s rare.
Wherever you are, find nearby places and ways to celebrate, our best wishes for a happy and internalized Shavuot!
See Chabad.org/Shavuot for a mini-mega-site with all types of info & resources on the holiday!
