On midday of the day before Yom Kippur this year, an alumni wrote us this deeply touching Facebook message:
In a few hours, it will be 9 years since that fateful Yom Kippur when I walked into your house for a pre-fast meal.
When I opened the door, I did not expect a rabbi to greet me with an open-armed hug.
Nor did I expect my life to be so much different afterwards.
