The IDF finding and recovering Ran Gvili, the last October 7th hostage, bringing him home to his family and people for burial in Israel – it’s a big deal for Israelis, for all who followed this long 800+ day saga.
The fact that bringing remains home is such a big deal (and all the effort to do so) is a tremendous testament to Israel and the Jewish people.

No One Left Behind is a catchy slogan. It’s easy to say. But to actually fulfill & live by it takes tremendous effort, sacrifice, dedication…
Not only for Israel & its hostages or fallen, we each can take this motto to heart, in our own lives, circles and communities, to realize & actualize it’s tremendous sense of mutual responsibility and sense of closeness and connection.
