A. All of the above. Shabbos is the Ashkenasic pronunciation, Shabbat is Sefardic and Modern Hebrew and Sabbath is English possibly based on Latin or Greek. Shabbos House is called this way, even though it really is a Chabad House, because years ago the name stuck and now it is a beloved name for a place where the Shabbos spirit overflows into the entire week. We do get some junk mail to “Shabbo’s House”. Mr. Shabbos does not live here, and the Sabbath is called a Queen anyways.
